Licencing terms

By using my templates you're agreeing to these licencing terms.

Free templates

All of my free templates are released under the GNU General Public License. You can use my free templates without restrictions for your private and commercial projects and you can use a template as often as you like. You are not permitted to sell it "as is" (e.g. a standalone template theme) as your own work nor claim copyright (e.g. on a marketplace like Themeforest or Creative  Market). You can use it in a commercial project.

However, I'd be grateful of a link back to my website if you use a free template for commercial project or purpose.

Premium and Freemium templates

Purchasing a premium template entitles you to use the template and layout for one website (end product) in your own Google Sites account. You are not permitted to redistribute a premium template, nor any modified derivative of a premium template.

Purchasing a premium template entitles you to:

You are not permitted to:

Other stuff to be aware of:

Finally:

Please note. You are purchasing a template for Google Sites only. It will not not work with any other web publishing platform (e.g., WordPress, Wix, Duda, Squarespace etc). My templates are for Google Sites only. I repeat, Google Sites only.

Images

I'm no artist, I'm not that good at photography and I can't draw for toffee. Hence I use example images in my templates for demonstration purposes. I try to credit images and content creators where I can. You'll need to replace these with your own images (or ones you own the copyright to) in your own project websites. Typically Unsplash or Pexels are the sources I use.

For clarity, stock images are the property of the respective owners. See Copyright for details.

Liability

I accept no liability for how you use this template. None whatsoever. Nada. Not a sausage.

Warranty

I provide no warranty for use with this template. I will adopt a 'best endeavours' approach to support you if you get stuck, but when you use a free template you are responsible for how it is used and supported.

No, I do not work for Google

I'm nothing to do with Google, I just love their software. This website is not affiliated with Google LLC.
