Terms of use

All of my free templates are released under the GNU General Public License. You can use my free templates without restrictions for your private and commercial projects and you can use a template as often as you like. You are not permitted to sell it "as is" (e.g. a standalone template theme) as your own work nor claim copyright (e.g. on a marketplace like Themeforest or Creative  Market). You can use it in a commercial project.

Purchasing a premium template entitles you to use the template and layout for one website (end product) in your own Google Sites account. You are not permitted to redistribute a premium template, nor any modified derivative of a premium template.

Purchasing a premium template entitles you to:

• Create an end product for a client or for personal or commercial use

• Modify the colours, fonts, style and overall appearance of the template and resources to fit your brand, house style, product and requirements

• Combine the template with other works and create a derivative work, subject to the terms of this licence.

You are not permitted to:

• Sell, redistribute, lease, license or sub-license the template or bundled resources, even if modified, on marketplaces, your website or any other platform.

• Share a single license with multiple users.

• Modify the original template in order to resell it under your own brand.

Other stuff to be aware of:

• Reselling templates in their original or modified form is prohibited, regardless of whether you are the original purchaser or not

• My Google Sites premium templates are copyrighted to GDS Limited. You do not have permission to claim the design or structure of a premium Google Sites template as your own. Photos, images and illustrations used in the template are for demonstration purposes only, are not included in the purchase, and it is assumed that these are the copyright of the original creator.

I'm no artist, I'm not that good at photography and I can't draw for toffee. Hence I use example images in my templates for demonstration purposes. I try to credit images and content creators where I can. You'll need to replace these with your own images (or ones you own the copyright to) in your own project websites. Typically Unsplash or Pexels are the sources I use.
